Money Management

 

We provide discretionary money management to business owners, high income individuals, and retirees.  We invest in mutual funds, exchange traded funds, individual stocks and individual bonds.  We make all the investment decisions and execute the strategy we develop with our clients.  This is a fee only service.

 

Cash Flow Management

 

This service is designed to help people live within their income.  In other words, we develop a cash flow management plan (“spending plan”) that makes sure expenses do not exceed income.  Through this process we will structure debt to be repaid over a reasonable period of time.  This is a fee only service.

 

Financial Consulting

 

This is a fee only service that is designed for clients who have specific planning needs.  We will develop a plan to meet financial goals like college funding, retirement, debt reduction, and large capital investments.  Some clients just want us to give them a second opinion on a plan they have developed or one that some other advisor has developed. 

 

 Our Philosopy

 

We built our firm to help our clients manage their finances in such a way to build and preserve wealth.  Our target client is someone who does not have the time and/or the desire to manage their own investments, and they are looking for someone they can trust to provide solid investment returns.  They do not expect to receive the highest return in any given year compared to other money managers, but they expect to receive a solid return based on their investment objectives. 

 

Our clients are business owners, high income individuals, and retirees who have investments typically in excess of $300,000.  We have structured our business so our clients do not have to worry about their investments or their finances.  We help them establish specific goals such as retirement, education funding, and other large capital needs.

 

This business was started because we realized there was a void in the area of sound financial advice and people were not saving enough money to reach their goals.  We are very passionate about helping people get their finances in good shape, save money, and formulate plans to reach their goals.  Many people do NOT live within their incomes, and we have a proven system for turning this around.  The bottom line is that we love helping people! 

 

We feel we are unique because we do not used canned systems and strategies purchased from some outside vendor.  Our systems and strategies have been developed by us in-house.  The plans we develop are very specific to each client.  Most investment professionals are paid to bring new money to the table.   Their compensation system is not designed to pay them to manage your money.  We designed our service to pay us to manage your money.  We make more money if you make more money.  We both win.  In addition, we are extremely knowledgeable in the use of computers and technology.  We have extremely efficient and robust systems that allow us to improve the level of service we can provide our clients over our competition.  We are a “paperless” office, and are capable of operating our business from virtually anywhere.  In the event of a catastrophe, we are able to re-establish our systems within a day through our redundant backups and systems.

 

Most of our clients are referred to us from another client or the person’s advisors.  We ask many questions to determine whether our services are suitable for a prospective client.  However, we provide references so prospective clients can determine for themselves whether we are right for them.  Our clients have a high level of trust in us and this will be evident from contacting our references.

 

We are strictly fee based.  We are not motivated to make trades and we do not sell products.  This assures our clients that they are receiving unbiased advice.  Our clients can expect us to do all the work regarding their investments.  We even provide to their accountants all the detail needed for completing their tax returns.  They expect and receive extremely prompt service.  Every client we have is important to us, and are all treated equally with great service and attention.
